Stucco is on nearly every Florida home, and when it cracks or delaminates it lets water into the wall — which is how you end up with interior stains and soft framing. We repair cracks, patch spalled and blown-out sections, and match the existing texture so the fix disappears instead of standing out.

Hairline cracks get routed out and filled with a flexible, paintable sealant. Larger failures mean cutting back to sound stucco, checking the lath and moisture barrier behind it, and rebuilding the coats — scratch, brown, and finish — so the patch bonds and doesn't crack again. Texture matching is the part most crews rush: knockdown, dash, sand, and smooth each take a different hand, and we blend into the surrounding wall.

Elastomeric paint is thicker than standard acrylic — it's a rubberized coating that bridges small imperfections and provides a waterproof membrane.

New stucco application and full re-coats are available too, over block or frame. Once it's cured we prime and seal so it sheds Florida rain instead of soaking it up. Small repairs are often a day or two; larger areas depend on cure time between coats — you can't rush stucco in this humidity, and anyone who says otherwise is setting you up for a callback.
